Position Overview
Core Personnel Staffing Services has partnered with a leading manufacturing facility in the Katy/Brookshire area to hire dependable, motivated individuals for full-time production roles.
Whether you are looking for Day or Night shift hours, we offer steady, long-term 12-hour schedules inside a modern production environment. Hands-on training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance.
Available Production Roles
New team members will be assigned and trained in one of the following key operational areas:
1. Assembly Associate

Work on structured assembly lines putting together components for consumer goods.

Safely utilize basic hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment per standard operating procedures.

Conduct visual quality inspections on finished parts prior to packaging.
2. Injection Molding Operator
-
Support the operation of industrial plastic injection molding machinery.

Safely clear finished parts from machines, trim excess material, and inspect products for defects.

Monitor raw material hoppers and keep production lines continuously supplied with components.
Position Requirements

Shift Commitment: Ability to work full 12-hour shifts starting at either 6:00 AM (Day Shift) or 6:00 PM (Night Shift).

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 30–50 lbs continuously in a manufacturing floor setting.

Dependability: Strong work ethic with a proven history of punctuality and consistent shift attendance.

Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to all facility safety rules, machine safety guidelines, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
