2nd shift: 2:45 PM - 11:05 PM, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays

About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a growing injection molding facility with a very strong preventive maintenance program. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform PMs on presses ranging from 90T to 2500T and all auxiliary equipment.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment

Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running

Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime

Work safely on 240V and 480V circuits
Required Qualifications

3-5 years of maintenance experience in an injection molding facility

Ability to read electrical prints, identify electrical symbols, read ladder logic, and identify inputs and outputs on a PLC diagram

Ability to read hydraulic prints and troubleshoot hydraulic systems

Ability to use a voltage tester, volt meter, and amp probe

Familiarity with auxiliary equipment: thermolators, dryers, vacuum loading systems, hot runner controllers, tower pumps, chiller pumps, and robotics

Ability to read blueprints

Must have your own tools

Shift premium: +$0.75/hr for 2nd shift, +$1.00/hr for 3rd shift
