Job Position: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Brookshire, TX 77423
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: 1st
Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to detect and prevent potential problems before they cause failure. Adjust and lubricate components to maintain optimal performance. Replace worn or defective parts to prevent future failures. Diagnose and solve basic mechanical problems in equipment and machines. Rebuild or manufacture damaged parts using hand tools or machine tools. Replace or repair components of mechanical and automated systems. Perform adjustments and check the parameters of mechanical systems. Install and assemble machinery and mechanical equipment according to drawings and technical specifications. Adjust and verify the operation of installed systems. Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Qualifications: Basic maintenance experience, primarily in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow technical instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude. Reliable and punctual.
