Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support our industrial and production operations. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, maintaining product quality, and following established safety and production procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
Inspect products to ensure quality and production standards are met.
Load and unload materials and maintain an organized work area.
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Identify equipment or production issues and report them promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
