Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; schedule may change based on production needs

Job Overview

Core Personnel is seeking a reliable Production Floater with corrugate manufacturing experience to support multiple production areas throughout the facility. This position requires someone who can quickly adapt to changing assignments, assist different production lines as needed, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a corrugate or packaging manufacturing environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-train and provide support across multiple corrugate production lines and work areas based on daily production needs. Follow all safety procedures, equipment protocols, and workplace guidelines. Maintain a steady and efficient production pace while helping the team meet daily goals. Complete basic production paperwork and production tracking accurately. Maintain clean and organized work areas through daily housekeeping. Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding assignments, production issues, and product quality concerns.

Required Qualifications

Previous corrugate manufacturing or corrugated packaging experience is required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Ability to learn multiple production processes and adapt to changing assignments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and routinely lift or move 40–50 lbs. Must be available to work the full scheduled shift and occasional overtime. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify screening.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with corrugate production, packaging, converting, assembly, or related manufacturing processes is preferred.

Work Environment

Fast-paced corrugate manufacturing environment requiring teamwork, physical activity, attention to safety, and the ability to move between different production areas as needed.
