Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Carrollton, TX 75007
Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage packaging machinery.
* Operate cutting, forming, taping, and other essential production equipment.
* Prepare and calibrate machinery for upcoming production cycles.
* Perform routine troubleshooting and report mechanical malfunctions.
* Ensure that production outputs consistently meet rigorous quality and efficiency standards.
* Collaborate effectively with the production and quality assurance teams.
Additional Duties:
* Operate manual machinery.
* Manage letter presses and standard press equipment.
* Cut cardboard materials to meet precise project specifications.
* Apply branding and logos to packaging materials.
Requirements:
* Extensive professional experience in machine operation is required.
* Prior experience within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
* Proven ability to perform duties autonomously.
