Description: Machine Operation:
Setting up and operating bubble wrap machines, including loading materials like plastic film and air, and ensuring proper machine settings for desired bubble size and density.
Monitoring and Adjustment:
Continuously monitoring the machine during production to identify any malfunctions or inconsistencies in the bubble wrap, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
Quality Control:
Inspecting the finished bubble wrap for defects, such as leaks or inconsistent bubble size, and removing any substandard product.
Material Handling:
Loading and unloading materials, including plastic film rolls and other necessary supplies, onto the machine.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
Performing routine maintenance tasks on the machine, such as lubricating moving parts, cleaning the machine, and replacing worn components.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving minor mechanical or operational issues with the machine, and escalating more complex problems to maintenance personnel.
Documentation:
Maintaining records of production output, material usage, and any maintenance performed.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production goals.
