Description: Job Title: Lumper / Warehouse Unloading Associate

Location: Houston, Tx 77073
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until container is complete)
Pay: $14 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Lumpers / Warehouse Unloading Associates to unload freight containers and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Offload floor-loaded containers efficiently and safely

Sort and organize cartons by product and shipment requirements

Build pallets according to specifications

Insert corner guards and properly stack product

Shrink-wrap pallets to ensure stability and safe transport

Verify that all boxes match labels, quantities, and descriptions

Identify and separate damaged or defective items

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Performance Expectations:

Complete each container within a 4-hour timeframe

Average two containers per day

Maintain high attention to detail and productivity standards

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.
