What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

As a vital part of our plant operations team, you will support multiple departments based on daily business needs. Your focus will include:

• Material Handling & Staging: Safely move, organize, stack, and stage raw materials and finished products across production and warehouse floors.

• Production Line Support: Assist with assembly, packing, labeling, and sorting tasks to keep manufacturing lines running efficiently.

• Cross-Departmental Flexibility: Adapt comfortably to different warehouse sections throughout the day, including occasional tasks inside freezer or cold-storage zones as needed.

• Facility & Safety Care: Follow company quality, safety, and sanitation standards, helping to clean and organize work areas during production downtime.

What It Takes to Succeed (Job Requirements):

• Safety First: Steel-toe boots or safety shoes are strictly required starting on your very first day of work.

• Environment Flexibility: Willingness to work in various facility climates, including freezer areas or cold-temperature zones during portions of the workday.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift, and comfortably lift and move up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) as required by daily operations.

• Communication: Ability to understand and follow basic task and safety directions in English. (Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred but not required!)

• Work Ethic: Flawless reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to grow with the team.
