About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring an experienced Liquid Painter for a manufacturing client in Rowlett, TX. In this role, you’ll use spray equipment to apply liquid coatings to parts so they meet customer specifications for color, finish, and quality. This is a good fit if you have industrial or automotive spray experience, care about getting the finish right, and like working in a hands-on production shop.
What You’ll Do

Mix and prepare paints to specification

Spray paint parts to meet color, finish, and quality requirements

Inspect painted parts for quality and correct any defects

Clean and maintain spray guns and the paint booth

Follow safety procedures for handling paints and solvents

Work with shop techs to keep production moving

Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
-
Spray painting experience (industrial or automotive) preferred
-
Ability to read and follow work orders and specifications
-
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Ability to stand for long periods, wear a respirator, and lift up to 50 lbs

Availability to work an early-morning shift and occasional Saturdays
Schedule & Breaks

Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Occasional Saturdays as needed, with advance notice from the client

One 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks
-
You can leave the premises for lunch but must be back on time
Working Conditions
This role is in a paint shop environment with exposure to paints, solvents, and noise. PPE is provided and required.
