Job Position: Line Lead (Temp to hire)
Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr or more depending on experience
Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: 5am - Finish
Description:
Seeking a bilingual,
dependable associate with time flexibility that maintain production flow and sanitation as well as inspect completed work.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare the production line before startup
-ensure products meet specifications
-assign and support employees
-complete production reports accurately
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Basic communication, math, and computer skills.
-Ability to work weekends.
-Ability to stand for long periods in cold conditions (<45°F).
-English reading, writing, and speaking required.
