Description:
Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Our client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for their Arlington, TX facility. As part of their overnight operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and supporting the production floor.
Key Responsibilities

Perform basic repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support directly on the production floor.

Assist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasks.

Help train and guide junior technicians.

Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair activities and communicate unresolved issues to the next shift.

Accurately complete all required documentation and follow spare parts management procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Injection Molding Machine Maintenance.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; skilled trades education is a plus.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

General Skills: Strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office), and the ability to work under pressure.
