Primary Responsibilities

Perform general "handyman"tasks and basic repairs throughout the property.

Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure all facilities are in good working order.

Address minor plumbing, electrical, or carpentry needs as they arise.

Assist with groundskeeping and ensuring the exterior of the location is clean and presentable.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in general labor, construction, or apartment/hotel maintenance is a plus.

Skills: Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools.

Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong sense of urgency.

Location: Must have reliable transportation to the 77494 area.
Note: This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
