Job Position: Janitor/Custodian

Location: Rockwall, TX 75032

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: Tues-Sat 7am-3:30pm 

Description:POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The custodian will be responsible for cleaning the extrusion, bag, press, and warehouse departments.

Initially, we will start with extrusion, press, bag, and warehouse, which are the most significant areas, and

then we will gradually add the areas of ink, prepress, maintenance, and NGR; the tasks will be the same.

DUTIES:

 Cleaning cooling boxes (sides and tops)

 Mechanical scrubbing and vacuuming with electric scrubbers.

 Clean alimatic filters

 Clean grease leakage on the floor level and upper level

 Power wash and manual scrubbing with soap

 Manual collection of waste bags

 Clean fluff and angel hair on upper floors by the hoppers

 Manual collection of solids

 Wipe down machines.

 Remove dust from equipment and surfaces throughout the press area.

 Cleaning of grilles and manholes

 Deep clean/hand washer stations manual scrubbing with biodegradable degreasing soap

 Remove dust with dust remover.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

 Minimum 2 years of janitorial, building maintenance or related experience.

 Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.

 Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.

 Ability to travel to local facilities on a frequent basis.
