Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Accounting Assistant to support both the accounting and manufacturing teams. This temporary position is responsible for inventory reconciliation, production reporting, job costing support, and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Assist with month-end closing activities and general ledger analysis.

Reconcile daily inventory and production transactions while researching discrepancies.

Support job costing processes through reporting, analysis, and transaction review.

Coordinate cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.

Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and operational reports.

Work closely with warehouse, production, and accounting teams to maintain accurate inventory records.

Assist with ERP data entry and reporting.

Support continuous improvement projects related to inventory control and accounting.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).

2+ years of experience in inventory control, accounting support, manufacturing, or a related role.

Experience with inventory transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and production reporting.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables preferred).

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Assignment Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
