Shift: Training will be on 1st (7AM- 3PM) or 2nd (3PM - 11PM) shift to switch to 3rd shift (11PM - 7AM)

Job Summary
The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for inspecting plastic products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements. The role involves checking incoming materials, inspecting products during storage and handling, identifying defects, and ensuring that only approved products are shipped to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming plastic materials, finished products, and packaging for quality and defects.
Check products for cracks, scratches, dents, discoloration, deformation, contamination, and other visible defects.
Verify product dimensions, weight, quantity, labeling, and specifications according to quality standards.
Perform random and routine quality inspections on warehouse stock.
Ensure products are properly stored, handled, and protected from damage.
Identify, segregate, and label defective or nonconforming products.
Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and defect logs.
Verify product codes, batch numbers, and labels against delivery documents and purchase orders.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure products meet customer requirements before dispatch.
Report recurring quality problems to the QC Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
Follow company quality procedures, housekeeping rules, and workplace safety standards.
Basic Math skills
Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience in quality control, warehousing, manufacturing, or plastic products is preferred.
Basic knowledge of plastic materials and common product defects.
English Speaker or Bilingual preferred
