Job Position: Inspector – Quality Control
Location: Mineola, TX 75773
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Shift: 1st Shift QC
Description: This is a seasonal position, covering for a full time employee while out on leave. This position starts immediately and may last until the 1st week of January 2026.
The QC Technician is responsible for monitoring product quality and packaging processes to ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining food safety, product consistency, and overall quality within the production environment.
Responsibilities: Perform line checks, inspect products, and document results in a food packaging facility.
Must be detailed oriented, perform basic math, and able to record data accurately.
Must be able to stand during the entire shift and practice GMP's.
