Quality Assurance Technician

We're hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products and facility meet the highest safety and quality standards. This role performs daily audits of production equipment and finished product, monitors sanitation, and works cross-functionally to correct any process deviations.
What You'll Do

Conduct daily quality and equipment audits, documenting results

Monitor sanitation and GMP compliance during operations

Audit Process Control points and finished products against spec

Partner with supervisors to correct quality/process deviations

Follow all food safety and quality policies
What You Bring

High school diploma/GED required

1–3 years in food processing preferred; 4-year degree or 3+ years in QA/lab a plus

HACCP training preferred

Strong math skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced plant environment
Schedule
Mon–Fri, 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM); some OT/weekend work required.
