Tomball, TX 77377 (Northwest Houston area)
Full-time, onsite
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation
Hourly Pay: Approximately $21.50 – $24.00 per hour (based on a $45K–$50K annual base)
Commission:
Paid monthly on qualified gross profits from invoiced sales
Additional incentives on targeted products/services
No minimum sales requirement
No cap on commissions
Base wages are accrued hourly (non-exempt) and paid weekly
Position Overview

The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing an existing customer base while identifying new sales opportunities. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue through proactive outreach, strategic planning, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Grow revenue within an assigned book of business through outbound calls, needs assessment, proposals, and closing sales
Identify and pursue larger sales opportunities in collaboration with sales management
Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, schedule follow-ups, track customer activity, and process orders
Develop a deep understanding of products/services to recommend solutions and upsell complementary offerings
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM
Provide regular updates to management through activity and sales reports
Participate in ongoing training and sales meetings
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and delivering effective solutions
Communicate customer feedback to support product development and marketing efforts
Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude in all interactions
Qualifications
10+ years of B2B sales experience in technical or electronic products/services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing and growing a defined book of business
Strong consultative selling, territory planning, and forecasting skills
Ability to engage and present to senior-level decision-makers
Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft 365
Self-motivated and driven by performance-based compensation
Note: Retail or consumer-only sales experience will not be considered
