Job Summary

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician for a premier manufacturing and building materials facility in Sealy, TX .

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and power controls to ensure safe and continuous production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance & Repair: Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, control panels, wiring, motors, and industrial machinery.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical failures and control system issues efficiently to minimize facility downtime.

• Schematic Reading: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and local electrical codes.

• Safety Protocols: Execute strict Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and follow all facility PPE and safety standards.

• System Testing: Use electrical testing meters and diagnostic tools to verify system integrity and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance electrician in a manufacturing or heavy industrial plant setting.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, wiring standards, and blueprint reading.

• Physical Demands: Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 25–50 lbs.

• Screening : Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and required safety assessments (Safety-Sensitive Position).
