Pay Rate: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Your Role as a Leader:
As the Team Lead, you are the final line of defense for quality. You will balance your own cleaning assignments with the supervision of the floor.

Quality Inspections: Conduct "Gold Standard"inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure everything is perfect before guest arrival.

Team Coordination: Assist the Executive Housekeeper in assigning daily room lists and ensuring the team stays on schedule.

Training & Mentorship: Help onboard new staff members and coach the team on efficient cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

Inventory Control: Monitor supply levels (linens, chemicals, amenities) and report needs to management.

Guest Relations: Resolve guest requests or concerns with a professional and friendly "can-do"attitude.
What We Are Looking For:

Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience is required. Previous lead or supervisory experience is a major plus!

The "Reliability"Factor: As a leader, your attendance sets the tone. We need someone who is 100% punctual and dependable.

Unmatched Eye for Detail: You notice the things others miss—from the fold of a towel to the shine on a fixture.

Bilingual Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with the entire team, if not at least Spanish only.
