Core Personnel Staffing is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Forklift Driver to join a leading industrial manufacturing company in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating 32,000–48,000 lb capacity forklifts in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

✅ Safely operate 32,000–48,000 lb capacity forklifts to move concrete forms, finished products, and other oversized materials.
✅ Load, unload, transport, and stage heavy materials throughout the facility.
✅ Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections of forklift equipment.
✅ Accurately stage inventory for shipping, receiving, and production.
✅ Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material flow.
✅ Follow all OSHA regulations, warehouse safety procedures, and company policies.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

✔ Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
✔ Previous experience operating 32,000–48,000 lb capacity forklifts in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
✔ Valid Heavy Duty Forklift Certification required.
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
✔ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
✔ Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
✔ Experience handling oversized concrete products or heavy industrial materials is a plus.
