Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am- 5pm plus OT

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties)

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Initiate engaging outbound calls to prospective schools, sparking interest in our premier educational programs and products.

  • Build Relationships: Develop genuine rapport with school administrators, aligning our product benefits with their specific educational goals.

  • Close with Confidence: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature in a timely and effective manner.

  • Master the Product: Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining expert knowledge of our product lines and how we beat the competition.

  • Own Your Pipeline: Utilize Salesforce and digital tools to research leads, schedule follow-ups, and keep your accounts organized.

  • Collaborate & Win: Contribute to a positive team culture by attending meetings and sharing strategies with your peers.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with multi-line phones, computers, and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus!).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1+ year of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is preferred.

  • Ability to remain professional, calm, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. infrequently.
