Job Position: Groundskeeper/Horticulture Crew
Location: Dallas, TX 75178
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Monday-Friday 6:15am-3:30pm
The Gardener performs general landscape maintenance and hands-on physical labor duties under the direct supervision of a Horticulture Crew Leader or Horticulture Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties

Landscape Maintenance: Perform routine garden care including planting, weeding, pruning, mulching, mowing, edging, and fertilizing according to established botanical standards.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery, such as push mowers, blowers, rototillers, utility vehicles (Gators), seed spreaders, and edgers

Irrigation Monitoring: Assist supervisors in monitoring garden irrigation and pump systems; perform minor repairs or report malfunctions promptly.

Work Area Maintenance: Keep tools, machinery, and assigned work zones clean, operational, and properly stored.
