Job Overview
Core Personnel is hiring dependable General Labor associates for a Dallas facility. This position supports daily warehouse and general operations and requires individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable performing physical tasks. Associates may assist with material handling, loading and unloading, sorting, organizing, cleaning, and other general labor duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned. Load, unload, move, sort, and organize materials or products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Assist with various operational tasks throughout the workday and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
Previous warehouse, production, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic. Must be comfortable performing physical work and standing or walking for extended periods. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team is required. Must be willing to work extended hours when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or general labor environment is a plus. Experience with material handling or loading and unloading is preferred.
English proficiency is not required. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse or operational environment. Employees may be required to perform physical tasks, move materials, and remain on their feet for extended periods throughout the workday.
Requirements
Must be available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and willing to work until approximately 6:00–6:30 PM when needed. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify screening.
