Description: Job Title: Manufacturing / Production Associate
Job Summary:
dependable and hardworking team members to support daily plastic manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for assisting in the production, inspection, packaging, and handling of plastic products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely
Inspect plastic products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Assist with machine setup, material changes, and basic troubleshooting
Complete production reports and documentation accurately
Support team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for 8–12 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
Basic math, reading, and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Work Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing environment
Exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery
Must wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines at all times
