Are you experienced with precision crimping, cable assembly, or wire harness manufacturing? We're looking for skilled technicians to join a growing team supporting the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Defense, and Government industries!
🔧 Responsibilities:
✅ Precision wire crimping using hand tools and crimping equipment
✅ Assemble cable harnesses and electrical connectors
✅ Verify proper wire strip lengths and crimp quality
✅ Insert pins into connectors accurately
✅ Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
✅ Perform quality inspections to meet IPC/J-STD standards
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
⭐ Qualifications:
✔ Experience with cable assembly or wire harness manufacturing
✔ Hands-on experience using crimping tools and interchangeable dies
✔ Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
✔ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude
✔ Willing to work overtime and occasional weekends
💥 IPC-620, IPC/J-STD Certifications, Aerospace, Defense, or Military manufacturing experience are a BIG PLUS!
