Description: Job Title: Precast Concrete Production Worker – 2nd Shift
Location: Houston, TX 77048
We are currently hiring experienced Precast Concrete Production Workers for our 2nd shift operation in the 77048 area. Candidates must have previous precast concrete experience and be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift Schedule:
Monday through Friday
12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Some Saturdays required based on production needs
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the production and finishing of precast concrete products
Read and follow production drawings and specifications
Set forms, pour concrete, strip forms, and finish surfaces
Operate hand and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
Previous precast concrete experience required
Must wear metguard safety boots
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor/industrial conditions
Reliable transportation and good attendance
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with concrete forms, rebar, or casting processes
Pay based on experience.
