Job Summary

As a Production Team Member in our precast concrete facility, you’ll be part of a hands-on, fast-paced environment producing high-quality products used in construction projects across the region. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team that values safety, quality, and reliability.
*What You’ll Do*
Strip, clean, and prepare concrete forms and finished products
Set up and prepare steel molds for concrete pouring
Use basic carpentry skills to assist in mold preparation and finishing work
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support facility upkeep and general maintenance tasks
Take on additional duties as needed—variety is part of the job
*What We’re Looking For*
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
Comfortable with basic math and measurements
Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions and work well with a team
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. multiple times during the shift
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on safety
