Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the hotel facilities, systems, and equipment to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Conduct inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests in a courteous and efficient manner Maintain the hotel’s exterior, including landscaping, parking areas, and lighting Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist with renovation projects or upgrades as needed Maintain records of maintenance work and equipment service
