Description: Duties may include but are not limited to working in a food booth in the back of the house, or in front of the house. You may be making non-alcoholic drink orders at one of their many bottle booths, preparing squid to be battered and fried, defrosting squid, skewering squid, frying squid, working with oysters to prep and barbecue them, you may be working with sushi grade fish, you may be working with battering, and boxing shrimp. There may be a need to assist with one of the noodle booths or working with lobster. If the need arises you may be asked to use an iPad style device to take orders at one of the many booths. You will be working with food and preparing food. Could be using a scanner for ticket takers. You will be on your feet for most of your shift so please ensure you wear comfortable shoes. There is no expectation of tips for this job. Bring everything they will need for the day to include but not limited to food, water (customer has water as well), medicine such as insulin. Free food from any booth is not a guarantee so please respect all booth workers as they may not be allowed to distribute free food. Must be able to communicate in English. Need to arrive 30 - 40 minutes early due to traffic Dress Code: Shirts: Must be plain black T-shirt or polo with sleeves covering the shoulders No obscene, offensive, or vulgar language or images No rips, tears, or holes Must cover the midriff and not be excessively revealing Pants: Must be black and preferably made of cloth-type material. Not permitted: yoga pants, sweatpants, spandex pants, and shorts No rips, tears, or holes Must be worn at the waist, with or without a belt Footwear: Must be closed-toed and closed-backed. Should be comfortable for extended wear Not permitted: Sandals, crocs, slides, slippers, or high heels 3 Day Event: May 30th-June 1st Friday: 3pm-10pm Saturday: 1pm-10pm Sunday: 1pm-10pm
