Position Overview
Core Personnel Staffing Services has partnered with an established local manufacturing facility in Sealy, TX to immediately hire a versatile, dependable General Labor & Facility Assembly Associate .
We are looking for a true "jack-of-all-trades"or handy individual—someone who is comfortable blending production assembly line work with light facility maintenance, painting, and upkeep. If you enjoy hands-on work where no two tasks are exactly the same, this is a great opportunity for steady day-shift hours!
Key Responsibilities

Assembly Operations: Perform hands-on assembly tasks on the production line using basic hand and power tools.

Material Movement & Staging: Assist with moving, labeling, organizing, and preparing materials for the line.

Facility Upkeep & Maintenance: Perform light handyman duties across the plant, including minor maintenance, basic repairs, painting, and touch-ups.

General Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep production lines and facility grounds clean, swept, organized, and free of debris.

Safety & Quality Standards: Inspect assembled parts for quality and strictly adhere to plant safety guidelines.
Position Requirements

Handyman Skills: A "jack-of-all-trades"mindset with practical experience in basic maintenance, painting, cleaning, and tool handling.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and perform general physical labor daily.

Work Ethic & Dependability: Strong attendance record, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward taking on various tasks.

Reliable Transportation: Dependable travel to the Sealy, TX area.
