Key Responsibilities

Guest Services: Greet guests with a warm welcome, handle check-ins/check-outs, and answer questions about hotel amenities and the local area.

Reservations: Manage phone calls, book reservations, and process guest payments accurately.

Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally to ensure a high-quality stay.

Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and assist with light administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
