Role Summary
As the Front Desk Admin, you are the face of the company and the very first impression for our valued customers! You set the tone for the customer experience, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Acting as the ultimate brand ambassador, you will represent our company with professionalism and warmth across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Core Responsibilities

Bilingual Requirement: Must be 100% bilingual in Spanish and English to seamlessly assist our diverse customer base.

Respond to Inquiries: Be the go-to resource for questions regarding products, services, company policies, and pricing via phone, email, or live chat. (Note: Most of the work involves responding to emails).

Resolve Issues: Actively listen to investigate complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate, timely solutions or alternatives.

Manage Accounts: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates while accurately calculating charges and processing billing.

Document Interactions: Keep detailed, accurate records of customer inquiries, complaints, and actions taken within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Coordinate with Departments: Escalate complex issues to supervisors or route them to the appropriate internal teams, such as technical support or billing, ensuring a smooth handoff.
