Job Position: Forklift Operator- Stand up Reach
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
A Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator is a specialized Material Handler responsible for operating a narrow-aisle forklift designed to lift materials to great heights, typically in high-density warehousing and cold storage environments. The "reach"mechanism allows the forks to extend outward, and the "stand-up"design allows for easier entry/exit in high-throughput operations.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
This role requires a high degree of precision and adherence to safety protocols due to the height and narrow nature of the work environment.

Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a Stand Up Reach Forklift to move, stack, retrieve, and organize large or heavy materials, equipment, or finished goods.

High-Bay Storage: Place and retrieve pallets from high-level racking systems (often 25 feet or higher) in very narrow aisles, requiring expert spatial awareness and control.

Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper counting and inspection of goods. Transport received materials to designated storage locations.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and stage products according to work orders or scanning devices (like RF scanners ) for outbound shipment or delivery to the production line.

Inventory Control: Verify product identification, count, and location during picking and put-away tasks. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain system accuracy.

Safety & Maintenance: Conduct required pre-shift inspections (e.g., battery checks, fluid levels, horn, lights) and report any maintenance or repair needs immediately. Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
