Core Personnel Staffing is currently seeking a reliable, attendance-focused Forklift Operator to join a state-of-the-art food production facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of the warehouse, moving raw ingredients and finished frozen goods through high-tech blending and packing lines. This position requires a safety-first mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a temperature-controlled environment where punctuality is the key to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Material Handling: Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load/unload trailers and move pallets.

  • Production Support: Supply blending lines with raw materials to ensure zero downtime in the production cycle.

  • Cold Storage Navigation: Work comfortably in refrigerated environments (approx. 35°F) while handling frozen inventory.

  • Safety & Compliance: Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections.

  • Inventory Tracking: Use RF scanners to move and stage products accurately within the warehouse.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven Reliability: A rock-solid track record of punctuality and consistent attendance .

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience; food manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold-storage setting.

  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in labeling and scanning to meet strict quality standards.
