Description: Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime/later hours as needed)

Openings: 4 Full-Time Positions

Job Overview
We are looking for 4 dependable, experienced Warehouse Associates/Forklift Drivers to join our team.

Please note: This position is not a 100% sitting forklift role. Roughly 30% of your time will involve hands-on warehouse tasks, including general labor, cleaning, and inventory support. We are looking for team players who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work every day.

Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operation (~70% of time): Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.

Warehouse & Safety Maintenance (~30% of time): Keep work areas, aisles, and grounds clean, orderly, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Inventory Support: Assist with accurate counting, tracking, and organizing inventory.

General Labor: Perform manual lifting, moving, and packing tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently.

Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License (DL) is required.

Reliability: Valid, reliable transportation and a strong commitment to working scheduled shifts daily (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility for OT).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and management.

Skills: Basic inventory experience and strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods, and perform general warehouse duties off the forklift.
