Description: Production Helper (Extrusion & Press)
This role focuses on the "hot side"of the plant, helping move raw aluminum profiles as they exit the presses.

Core Responsibilities:

Press Support: Assist press operators in handling aluminum extrusions as they emerge from the die.

Stretching & Cutting: Work with a partner to stretch extruded metal to ensure straightness and assist in the initial saw-cutting process.

Racking: Carefully place aluminum profiles onto cooling racks or transport buggies.

Quality Checks: Perform basic visual inspections for surface defects or "scoring"immediately after extrusion.

Work Environment: Non-climate controlled (can be very hot near the presses).

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts .
