What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Precision Assembly: Follow step-by-step digital work instructions to perform hands-on component assembly on an active production line.

Tool Operation: Safely use standard hand tools, light power tools, and interface with touch-screen factory data systems.

Quality Checks: Perform quick visual inspections at your station to ensure structural accuracy and immediately flag any defects.

Station Upkeep: Keep your assembly station clean, structured, and organized according to lean manufacturing (5S) principles.

Safety First: Maintain strict compliance with safety standards, including wearing all required PPE.
What It Takes to Succeed (Requirements)

Language: Must speak and read conversational English to understand training documents, technical screen displays, and safety cues.

Technical Aptitude: High School Diploma or GED required. Basic mechanical aptitude or previous experience with power tools and factory systems (like SAP or touch-screens) is a major plus!

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, lean, and safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
