The Role

In this position, you will execute hands-on quality control testing and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and compliance with rigorous requirements. You will be a vital part of the production line, confirming that advanced electronics meet all functional and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional Testing:  Execute production line acceptance testing, including insulation and functional tests.

  • Technical Troubleshooting:  Identify and troubleshoot basic test failures and document findings according to defined processes.

  • Schematic Mastery:  Follow work instructions and electrical drawings to perform inspections and testing accurately.

  • Safety & Compliance:  Observe work areas for unsafe practices and PPE compliance, reporting concerns promptly to leadership.

  • Precision Documentation:  Record test results and complete required test reports timely and accurately.

  • Maintenance:  Maintain organized and efficient work areas to meet 6S standards.

Qualifications

  • Level of Experience:  Associate level with at least 1 year of experience in quality control testing (2 years preferred).

  • Technical Proficiency:  Expert use of digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, high-voltage isolators, and current clamps.

  • Blueprint Reading:  Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics.

  • Problem Solver:  Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Physical Ability:  Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

  • Communication:  Proficient in English (oral and written) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
