What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Electrical Wiring & Assembly: Work hands-on to construct, lay out, and wire sophisticated industrial power distribution systems using blueprints and engineering schematics.

Component Installation: Accurately mount structural hardware, handle complex wire routing, and manage electrical terminations.

Quality Assurance: Meticulously inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure perfect workmanship and compliance with engineering metrics.

Technical Problem Solving: Identify blueprint discrepancies and troubleshoot minor line assembly issues.

Safety & Tools: Maintain an immaculate, highly organized workstation while operating hand and power tools under rigid 6S safety protocols.
What We Look For (Position Requirements):

Technical Aptitude: Ability to read or interpret basic blueprints or schematics is required (on-the-job procedural training will be fully provided).

Precision & Focus: Exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of following multi-step engineering guidelines to the letter.

Baseline Experience: Basic experience in assembly, electronics, warehousing, construction, or general manufacturing is preferred.

Language Skills: Full proficiency in English to safely read technical blueprints and engineering manuals independently.

Rock-Solid Reliability: A dependable, coachable attitude with an exceptional track record of punctuality. Flexibility to work extended overtime shifts as production demands dictate.
