Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

Guided Assembly & Wiring: Work hands-on to construct, layout, and wire sophisticated industrial power distribution systems using blueprints and engineering schematics.

Component Installation: Accurately mount structural hardware, handle complex wire routing, and manage electrical terminations.

Quality Assurance: Meticulously inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure perfect workmanship and compliance with strict engineering metrics.

Problem Solving: Learn to identify blueprint discrepancies and troubleshoot minor line assembly issues.

6S Workspace Compliance: Maintain an immaculate, highly organized workstation while operating hand and power tools under rigid safety protocols.
Position Requirements:

Technical Aptitude: Ability to read or interpret basic electrical schematics is required (advanced layout training will be provided).

Precision & Focus: Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of following multi-step engineering guidelines to the letter.

Experience: Basic assembly, electronics, or general manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Language Skills: Must be fully proficient in the English language to read technical documentation and training guidelines independently.

Reliability & Attitude: A humble, adaptable mindset with an unmatched track record of punctuality. Must be flexible to work extended overtime shifts as production demands dictate.
