Core Personnel Staffing is hiring Electrical Assemblers for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a manufacturer in Haltom City that builds airport passenger boarding bridges and walkways. You’ll assemble, wire, and install the electrical systems that bring these bridges to life. If you have hands-on electrical experience from manufacturing or construction and want a path to permanent hire, we want to talk to you.
Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Mandatory overtime and some Saturdays required
What You’ll Do
-
Assemble and wire door assemblies, safety components, power panels, and floor heaters using blueprints and work orders

Prepare wiring harnesses, then install light fixtures and electrical wiring

Install trolley cables using blueprints and point-to-point drawings
-
Connect circuits along boarding bridges and walkways, and verify that all connections are correct

Test installed lighting and electrical components

Request the parts needed for each assembly

Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations, and keep a clean, safe work area

Communicate and work well with your team and other departments
What You Need
-
6 months to 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, electrical wiring, manufacturing, or construction

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

Working knowledge of 110/220V wiring, plus basic knowledge of 480/600V wiring and AC/DC voltage
-
Comfort using electrical measuring equipment such as a multimeter
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
-
Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays
-
Must pass E-Verify and a 5-panel drug screen
-
Background check required (reviewed case by case)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
-
Manufacturing environment with concrete floors and moving equipment
-
Not air-conditioned and limited heat
-
Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
-
Climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding, and work in tight or confined spaces
-
Use power tools, and stand or sit for extended periods
Required PPE
-
Hard hat, steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses, and earplugs
