Job Summary
Our client who is a leading contributor to the beverage industry located in Ft. Worth, Texas is currently seeking Driver Helpers . This is a temp position with a great opportunity to join a dynamic team full time.
Responsibilities:
A Driver Helper assists delivery drivers with various tasks to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role is crucial in logistics and transportation, often serving as an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.

Assist the driver in safely loading and unloading product and equipment from the delivery vehicle, often using hand trucks or other equipment.

Help the driver navigate routes, provide directions, and identify delivery locations, sometimes using GPS or maps.

Interact professionally with customers, address any questions or concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.

Organize and sort products within the vehicle for efficient delivery.

Assist with maintaining accurate delivery records, logs, and paperwork.

Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed during loading, unloading, and delivery operations.

Work closely with the driver and other logistics team members to optimize delivery processes.
Requirements and Skills:

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (often up to 50-70 pounds) repeatedly, and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in various weather conditions.

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to be polite, professional, and resolve minor issues.

Dependable and able to adhere to schedules and work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.

Ability to collaborate effectively with the driver and other team members.
Starting Hourly Pay: $14.50
Days: Monday-Friday
1st Shift 5AM - 5PM
