Job Position: Distribution Warehouse-Full Time Picker / Packer
Location: Forney, TX 75216
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday Must be Flexible for Saturdays
Description: Fulfill customer orders by accurately selecting (picking) items from inventory, checking them for quality, securely boxing and labeling them (packing), and preparing them for shipment, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to use scanners for inventory tracking in fast-paced logistics, retail, or e-commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking: Locate and gather items from shelves or storage areas using pick lists, scanners, or digital systems.
Packing: Securely box, wrap, and label products, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed.
Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and report issues.
Inventory Management: Scan items, update stock levels, and restock shelves as needed.
Shipping Prep: Weigh packages, apply shipping labels, and stage orders for dispatch.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace, adhere to safety protocols, and operate equipment safely.
