Starting Pay: Competitive Day Rate (Discussed during screening)

Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Steady 12-Hour Day Shift)

Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Rotating schedule operating Sunday–Saturday; enjoy 2 scheduled days off each week).

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Production Operations: Support automated molding and assembly machinery to produce top-tier consumer goods.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts straight off the line for correct color consistency, smooth edges, and overall structural integrity before final packing.

Packing & Boxing: Securely pack approved products into designated shipping boxes and stage them for warehouse transport.

Workplace Standards: Adhere closely to facility safety rules and keep machinery areas clean and clear of debris.
What It Takes to Succeed (Requirements)

Required Gear: Steel-toe boots or safety shoes are strictly required starting on day one.

Physical Endurance: Ability to comfortably handle a 12-hour shift standing, lifting, and bending in an active manufacturing setting.

Availability: Full commitment to early morning hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on a 5-day rotating week that includes weekend availability.

Reliability: An exceptional track record of punctuality and attendance—being ready to roll right at 6:00 AM.
