Location: Eastern Ave & Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (In-Office) 8am - 5pm
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while providing exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers over the phone
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Process customer information accurately and efficiently
Perform data entry and maintain customer records
Handle multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously
Respond to emails and other customer communications
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain a positive and welcoming experience for customers
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform other customer service and office-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required
Sales experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong typing and data entry skills
Computer literate and comfortable learning new software programs
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with multiple computer screens
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Eccentric, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with a wide variety of customers
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
