Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Description: Highly organized and meticulous Medical Office Coordinator needed for a bustling, fast-paced team. This pivotal role focuses on delivering key administrative assistance to guarantee seamless daily operations. Primary responsibilities include front desk management and comprehensive patient intake procedures.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general administrative support.
Perform accurate data entry of patient details and billing information, ensuring account records are current and thorough.
Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
Verify eligibility and assign appropriate account and billing indicators.
Monitor account aging and manage overall account status.
Establish and assign patient payment responsibilities.
Resolve urgent inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Skills
Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and 10-key operation.
Experience with medical billing systems is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
2-4 years of HME billing experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
2-4 years of experience in medical, insurance, or general office settings.
Knowledge of insurance reimbursements and third-party payers is a plus.
