What Makes This Role Special: Key Responsibilities
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the ultimate hospitality professional, managing the flow of our lobby with grace and efficiency.

Guest Welcomer: Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, handling check-in and check-out procedures quickly and accurately.

Reservation Expert: Manage reservations, process cancellations, and handle walk-ins using our property management system.

Communication Hub: Answer phone calls promptly, respond to guest inquiries (in-person and via email), and provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.

Financial Handler: Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate ledger of all transactions.

Problem Solver: Anticipate and promptly address guest requests, concerns, or issues with a cheerful and professional demeanor, escalating matters when necessary.

Lobby Ambassador: Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
