Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Crate Builder / Production Associate to join our team in Mesquite, TX. This position involves building custom wooden crates and pallets for shipping and packaging using hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:

Build wooden crates and pallets according to specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials.

Operate nail guns, drills, and other hand and power tools safely.

Inspect completed crates for quality and accuracy.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications:

Previous construction, carpentry, warehouse, or crate-building experience is a plus but not required.

Comfortable using nail guns, drills, tape measures, and basic hand tools.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
